Martyrs Fire

Fifteen men arrive at Magnus, calling themselves the Priests of the Holy Grail. They use a combination of fake miracles to gain control of the castle, and when they succeed, Thomas escapes, posing as a beggar. With the help of his long-time friend Gervaise, he flees the castle unaware that Katherine and Hawkwood are keeping a close watch over him. Yet his troubles have just begun as the escape from the Priests of the Holy Grail catapult Thomas on a journey that will challenge everything he believes and taking him, eventually, to the ancient Holy Land. During this voyage, Thomas will discover what the Merlins and Druids have been searching for centuries-the single greatest power that will give one side final victory.
