Medad Birungi’s body is scarred with the abuses of a haunting childhood–poverty, rejection, abandonment. Growing up with a violent father in Uganda in the 1960s, Medad faced physical and emotional pain that few of us can imagine. Yet today he speaks of forgiveness that all of us can experience.
