Life Is Simple

“We have plenty of time; it’s what we choose to do with it that determines whether it comes dressed up as our friend or our enemy.” Most people recognize that their lives are becoming overly complex. This situation is at the very least a burden, and at the most, highly destructive. We know this to be true because it’s a problem that most of us face everyday. It’s evidenced by the millions of dollars spent on time management systems and life coaching. We vainly attempt to manage life’s complexities, which is a losing proposition. A more direct solution is needed. The only way to win this battle is to eliminate complexity entirely; we do this by recognizing that life is actually very simple – it’s our behavior that produces undue complexity.
